terms of service.

last updated · 2025-04-30

these terms govern your use of crowd — the chatroom, video room, pool coordination, and on-chain settlement that wraps pump.fun, bonk.fun, and printr. by joining the waitlist or using the app you agree to them.

[ not financial advice ]

Crowd is a tool. Nothing in the app, the waitlist, or any room hosted on crowd is investment advice or a recommendation to buy any token. You are responsible for your own decisions and the funds in your wallet.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in token launches in your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of, or located in, a sanctioned jurisdiction. Crowd may restrict access by region without notice.

Your account

Pools and launches

Crowd lets groups pool capital, agree on a token, and launch together through a supported launchpad. Settlement happens on-chain and is final. Once a pool commits, contributions and allocations are governed by the launchpad's smart contracts, not by crowd.

Common manipulation tactics — sniping, wash trading, sybil voting — are designed against by the participation system. Attempting them is a breach of these terms and grounds for removal.

Fees

The crowd app may charge a service fee on settled launches, displayed before any pool commits. Underlying launchpads charge their own fees, which are passed through.

Chat and video rooms

No tokens, no airdrops

Crowd has no native token, no presale, and no airdrop. Anyone claiming otherwise is not affiliated with us. The waitlist is a list — for early access to the app and nothing else.

Risk

[ you can lose money ]

Token launches are volatile. Most newly-launched tokens lose value. Crowd's coordination layer reduces certain manipulation patterns but cannot eliminate market risk, smart contract risk, or loss of funds. Only commit capital you can afford to lose.

Disclaimer of warranties

Crowd is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, transaction inclusion, settlement timing, or the behavior of any third-party launchpad we integrate with.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, crowd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost tokens, or losses arising from market movements, smart-contract bugs, or wallet compromise.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms or to comply with applicable law. You may stop using crowd at any time by disconnecting your wallet and unsubscribing from the email list.

Changes

We will post updates to this page and date them at the top. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
