What we collect

To run the waitlist and the product we collect the minimum required:

• email address — when you submit the waitlist form. used only to contact you about access.
• wallet addresses — public keys you connect to the app. these are public on the solana network already.
• chatroom and video room metadata — message contents, timestamps, room membership for sessions you join. video calls are not recorded.
• basic device + page analytics — coarse region, browser, referrer. no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

What we do not collect

• private keys, seed phrases, or anything that grants control over your wallet.
• kyc-grade identity documents. crowd does not custody funds and does not require identification to use the social layer.
• any information for advertising or resale.

How we use it

We use the data above to (a) send you waitlist updates, (b) operate the chatroom, video room, and pool-coordination features, (c) settle launches on-chain through the underlying launchpad (pump.fun, bonk.fun, printr), and (d) detect abuse, sybil rings, and attempts to game the participation system.

On-chain data

Solana is a public ledger. Pool contributions, token allocations, and launch settlements are visible to anyone. Crowd cannot make on-chain activity private — what you do on-chain stays on-chain.

Third parties

We use a small number of operational vendors: a transactional email provider, an analytics tool with ip truncation, video infrastructure for live rooms, and the launchpads listed above. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data tied to your email or wallet, ask us to delete your waitlist record, or opt out of non-essential analytics at any time. Contact privacy@crowd.gg.

Changes

We will post updates to this page and date them at the top. Material changes will be announced in-app and on the waitlist email list.
